About the role

As an Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers – mainly via phone and chat. You take full ownership of your cases and work independently to reach your personal goals, your team’s goals, and coeo’s goals.

You’ll deliver high-quality service and communicate with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. With your existing experience in the field, you’ll be able to contribute from day one and we’ll support you with the tools, training, and guidance you need to grow even further. You’ll learn from our experienced team and quickly develop into a key player in your role.

What we´re looking for

You enjoy working in a fast-moving, innovative environment where initiative and collaboration truly matter. You’re adaptable, open to change, and motivated by the idea of building the future together with others.

We expect you to have some previous experience in debt collection and you’re ready to take the next step in your development. Experience from customer service roles in collections, banking, or insurance is especially valuable. A university degree or relevant background in sales or customer service is considered an advantage.

You communicate fluently in Finnish and English, and any additional languages are a strong bonus.
