I want to pay, how do I do it? You can find the payment details in the payment demand letter we sent you by post. You can also pay the debt by logging in to your personal pages using your online banking credentials.
I can't pay the whole debt at once, what should I do? In most cases, you can pay the debt in instalments. You can create a payment plan on your personal pages or contact us via chat.
Please note that creating a payment plan includes a service fee of €20–50, in addition to any interest charges. If you are unable to pay the full amount, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a suitable solution.

Have I received a payment default record because my invoice went to a debt collection agency? Receiving a payment demand from a collection agency does not result in a payment default record.
However, if the collection process continues, the case may be taken to legal collection. If a district court issues a payment judgment, this will result in a payment default record and the debt may then be collected through enforcement.
